Joanne Lucila Soltes

Joanne joined Acord and Fong Wealth Strategies in May 2024, stepping into the financial planning sector after a successful career in retail and private banking, accounting, and business operations — all of which strengthened her organizational and customer service expertise. Having worked with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and large corporations, she has worn many hats, often simultaneously, shaping her wide‑ranging perspective and strong client‑focused approach. Joanne prides herself on her warmth, empathy, and ability to build genuine rapport with clients.

Born on the East Coast, raised in Hawaii, and now happily rooted in the San Francisco Bay Area, Joanne keeps busy volunteering at her daughter’s school and supporting their hula school and association. She and her daughter share a love of hula and recently enjoyed performing together at Disneyland. Her daughter also keeps life exciting with martial arts and her newest pursuit, lacrosse. In her downtime, Joanne enjoys reading, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
